Booking and paying
A deposit of 50% of the total holds your machine and your date. The balance is due on the day, at the dock, before you go out.
The prices on this site include tax. What you see quoted is what the ride costs — we don't add anything at the counter.
Cancelling or moving your booking
Cancel or move your booking up to 24 hours before your start time, for any reason, at no charge.
Weather
If it isn’t safe to go out, we don’t go out. Message us before you book and we’ll confirm what happens to your booking and your deposit if we make that call.
The hold at pickup
A refundable hold goes on your card when you pick the machine up. It's a pre-authorization rather than a charge, and it comes off when the machine is back undamaged. We confirm the amount for your machine when you book, before you pay anything.
Who can drive
You don't need a licence to take a Jet Ski out. The driver needs to be 16 or over, and passengers can be as young as 4.
The waiver and the briefing
Everyone riding signs a waiver before they go out, and everyone gets the safety briefing — that's what the 15 minutes before your start time is for. You can read the waiver now if you'd rather see it before you arrive.
Where you can ride
Grace Bay and the reefs beside it are closed to Jet Skis. The ride is the open water outside them, and the area follows current DMS guidance, which we go through at the briefing.
