Booking and paying

A deposit of 50% of the total holds your machine and your date. The balance is due on the day, at the meeting point, before you go out.

The prices on this site include tax. A Jet Ski tour is priced per ski, with one rider or two aboard; an ATV tour is priced per ATV, one rider each; a Jet Car is priced per car, with everyone aboard. What you see quoted is what the ride costs. We don't add anything at the counter.

Cancelling or moving your booking

Cancel or move your booking up to 24 hours before your start time, for any reason, at no charge.

Weather

If it isn’t safe to go out, we don’t go out. If we call it off for weather, you have the option to rebook within 30 days or receive a full refund.

The hold at pickup

A refundable hold goes on your card when you pick the machine up. It's a pre-authorization rather than a charge, and it comes off when the machine is back undamaged. We confirm the amount for your machine when you book, before you pay anything.

Who can drive

To drive a Jet Ski or a Jet Car you must be 16 or older, and no license is needed. To drive an ATV you must be 18 or older and hold a valid driver’s license. On the water, passengers ride from age 4. The ATVs take one rider each. No previous experience is needed on any of them.

The waiver and the briefing

Everyone riding signs a waiver before they go out, and everyone gets the safety briefing. That's what the 15 minutes before your start time is for. You can read the waiver now if you'd rather see it before you arrive.

Where you can ride

You launch from Sapodilla Bay Beach and ride the open water off it, with your guide setting the area on the day. On a rental, Grace Bay, Chalk Sound and the national parks are off-limits, and the exact area follows current guidance from the Department of Maritime and Shipping (DMS). We go through it at the briefing.

The photos on this site

Some of the photography here is ours, shot on real days out with real guests on the machines. Some of it is licensed photography, used where we don't have our own shot of a place or a machine yet. None of it is AI-generated.

We edit photos the way any business edits them: colour, light, and a crop. Sometimes that includes an AI tool to tidy up a real frame, taking out a scuff, a stray bag on the dock, or something broken in the background of an otherwise good shot. What is underneath is still a photograph somebody took.

What editing never does is change what you're getting. We don't use it to make a machine look newer or bigger than it is, to cover up damage, to change the colour of the water, or to put in a boat, a person or a place that wasn't there. If a photo is part of why you're booking, ask us before you pay a deposit and we'll tell you what you're looking at.
