How do I book a ride?
Call, WhatsApp, email, or send the form on this page. We need the date and the headcount to check the book; if you already know which machine you want, say so and we’ll hold it.
How far ahead should I book?
Send us the date and the machine you want, and we’ll check the book and tell you which start times are open on it. Availability is the one thing we can’t answer from a page.
What’s the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. The phone is answered live between 9am and 5pm. Outside those hours the message still lands, and it’s waiting for us when we open.
What if the weather turns?
If it isn’t safe to go out, we don’t go out. Message us before you book and we’ll confirm what happens to your booking and your deposit if we make that call.
Do I need a license or experience?
No license. Drivers on the Jet Ski need to be 16; passengers can be as young as 4. Arrive 15 minutes early and the waiver and the safety briefing are done before your start time.
How do payments and deposits work?
A 50% deposit holds your date and your machine, and the balance is due on the day you ride. A refundable damage hold goes on your card at pickup and comes off when the machine is back undamaged.
