A Jet Car, also called a jetcar or a jet ski car, is a boat built in the shape of a car. Driving one feels like a convertible with the top down, except the road is turquoise water. Speed up and it surges forward, with the wind in your hair and spray fanning out behind you, and people on the beach stop to watch you go by. Slow right down and it cruises wide and steady, so you can sit back with the people you came with and take in the clear water all around you. That is why the first fifteen minutes of your rental are a photo shoot with the car, before you take the wheel.

Must be 16 years or older. No license required.
Passengers
Must be 4 years or older.
Cancellation and weather
- Free cancellation. Cancel or move your booking up to 24 hours before your start time, for any reason, at no charge.
- Weather. If it isn’t safe to go out, we don’t go out. If we call it off for weather, you have the option to rebook within 30 days or receive a full refund.
Can I take the Jet Car to the shipwreck or Noah’s Ark?
No. The Jet Car stays in the water off Sapodilla Bay. To see either one, book the shipwreck tour or the Noah’s Ark tour. Both are Jet Ski tours.
Does it drive on land?
No. It is a boat with the body of a sports car, which is why some people call it a car boat or a water car. It is not an amphibious car: the whole ride happens on the water, and nothing about it is road legal.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. A Caicos Rentals Jet Car’s price covers the car and everyone in it, whether one of you rides or every seat is full: two in the 2-seater, four in the 4-seater.
Where can I drive it?
The open water off Sapodilla Bay on the south coast, with your guide setting the area on the day.
Can I get footage of my ride?
Drone footage is an optional add-on rather than part of the rental price. Ask for it when you book and we will sort it out with you.
What happens if I damage it?
The hold at pickup is a pre-authorization, so the money is reserved on your card. It releases once the car is back undamaged.
