The long one, and the one we point people at
Three stops. The Hole, a limestone sinkhole; the Prince House; and Long Bay Beach last, before the ride back to the trailhead you started from. Three hours at $300 a person works out at $100 an hour. The 1-hour is $150 for the hour and reaches the first of these three stops. Long Bay it only looks down on, from the lookout above; the Prince House it never reaches at all. That is the whole case for this one.

Who this ride is for
Three hours is the longest ATV tour we run. Two things to sort out before you book it.
Ages before the slot
Three hours is a long block to hold before you know who in the group is allowed to drive one. Send the ages with your date and we will settle that first.
Three hours on a quad
It is three hours in the saddle rather than one. If that sounds like a lot, the 2-hour is $250 and the 1-hour is $150.
The ride ends back at the trailhead it started from, not at the beach.
Cancellation and weather
Free cancellation. Cancel or move your booking up to 24 hours before your start time, for any reason, at no charge.
Weather. If it isn’t safe to go out, we don’t go out. Message us before you book and we’ll confirm what happens to your booking and your deposit if we make that call.
Before you book the safari
Nearly all of it is about the third hour: what it buys, and whether three hours on a quad is more than you want.
Why three hours and not two?
The extra hour is Long Bay Beach. The 2-hour turns for home after the Prince House and never reaches it. That hour costs $50 ($300 against $250), which makes it the cheapest hour we sell.
Do we actually stop at Long Bay Beach?
Long Bay Beach is the last of the three stops. From there you ride back to the trailhead you started from, so the tour ends where it began rather than at the sand.
Do I need a license to drive one?
No off-road experience, no: the guide leads all three stops and every ride opens with a briefing at the trailhead. Whether a licence comes into it depends on the driver, so it goes in the same message as the ages.
